Abhay Shinde is a master’s student in Organic Agriculture and Food Systems with hands-on experience as an inspector, reviewer, and certifier in organic certification. He has worked closely in sustainable and organic agriculture standards with leading organic association and certification bodies. He has been engaged with organic certification in Naturland, USDA NOP, EU Regulation 2018/848 and JAS for production and processing. His expertise supports compliance audits and sustainable value chains. He is currently pursuing his master’s thesis, focusing on policy pathways to support agroecological transitions in India.
