Simran Kaur is a research coordinator in the Bright Spots of Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems Project. She has completed her master’s degree in Agricultural Economics with Statistics minor . Her master’s research was on supply chain analysis of commercial piggery in Punjab and she has an experience of primary data collection and analysis. Her research interests revolve around inter-disciplinarian studies that involve a synergized use of principles of Environmental and Behavioural Economics to address modern day complex problems of agriculture and food systems.
