Published in Ambio, this open-access paper highlights the importance of a value-centered approach in transdisciplinary research for food system transformation.
Drawing on case studies from Madagascar and Tajikistan, the paper introduces four shared values—care, reflexivity, inclusivity, and collectivity—developed by The Careoperative through a facilitated visioning process.
