Clara Körner completed her bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences with a focus on traditional orchard meadows in Baden-Württemberg. She is currently deepening her knowledge in the Master's program in Environmental Protection and Agricultural Food Production.
With a passion for her home region and future-oriented, sustainable agriculture, Clara is working on her master's thesis on the regional value chain of pulses in the Stuttgart region. Her goal is to analyze the challenges along the value chain and to identify ways to better integrate regional pulse products into the local food supply.
