Congratulations to Federico Erpenbach on successfully defending his thesis!
Last week, Federico defended his thesis titled “Challenges and Innovations in Specialty Mushroom Cultivation: a science-to-practice perspective in the DACH region.”
His work combined a systematic literature review with interviews of producers to connect research and practice in specialty mushroom cultivation. The thesis was supervised by Jun.-Prof. Dr. Verena Seufert and Dr. Sara Heshmati.
