Ready to explore sustainability, transformation, and local food systems—all while cycling through the landscapes that shape them?
The registration for our module "Exploring Regional Transformations through Food Utopias" has opened today! This course combines hands-on learning, real-world interactions, and immersive experiences as we travel by bike through the region—from Hechingen to Stuttgart, passing through Reutlingen, Tübingen, Nürtingen, and beyond. Along the way, we’ll meet farmers, food initiatives, and changemakers shaping our food system.
There will also be lectures and interactive session mainly during the second block, so it is a unique module that can be taken blocked or unblocked.
