Embodied Learning in ActionIn the TREE project, we emphasize transformative teaching and learning, incorporating embodied learning to create meaningful experiences. A core method we use is Walk and Talk, where students discuss topics while walking, fostering deeper reflection and creativity. Between semesters, we practiced what we teach—stepping outside to reflect on our journey, challenges, and future goals. These moving conversations helped us realign our efforts and reaffirm our commitment to transformative education.
